This place is “the bomb dot com”. Chef Fernando is not only a great chef but also a great host. Always greets us with great enthusiasm and energy. He and his staff are amazing and I highly recommend this gem to all. If you’re looking for the best birria in Northern Va look no further. My favorites are birria tacos, birria enchiladas with the mole sauce and elote sauce. The chips and queso are amazing and the flan brûlée is the best I’ve ever had hands down!!! This place is a MUST TRY!! 10/10

Best kept secret! We loved the food truck and the restaurant did not disappoint. From the fresh guacamole, to the amazing carve asada, to the spot on molé sauce, and finishing with the flan and tres leches you won’t be disappointed. To drink!! A traditional margarita, hibiscus margarita, mango margarita with tahini rim and michalados are delicious. Bottom line: congratulations to chef Fernando and his friendly staff. All this in the Days Inn off Sudley in Manassas!

Don’t leave when you realize that it’s in a crappy motel! This is high end food in a low end building. We pulled in and almost immediately left when we saw where it was. Thankfully we braved it and were rewarded. The food is great, the service is great, the interior of the restaurant itself is nice as well, though you’d never know it from the outside. Give it a chance, you won’t regret it.

My wifes and I had an incredible meal that deserves a shout-out. I went all in with a chicken and beef burrito topped with fresh mole sauce, rich, complex, and unforgettable, along with another vibrant sauce that balanced it perfectly. The flavors hit every note, sweet, smoky, spicy, and savory. The night kept getting better with cochinita pibil, slow-cooked and full of depth, and I finished with a flan brûlée dessert that was creamy, caramelized, and the perfect sweet ending. It’s meals like…
